      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/239751"&gt;@Edlau&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first reboot your phone once&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;still fails, check Self Serve My Account to see if your account status is Active or Suspended&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Active, you can try&amp;nbsp; reseat your SIM (power down the phone, take sim out for a minute , then put it back and power up)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have another phone around, put the PM SIM into the other phone and see if it works there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;let us know how it goes and we can advise further from there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
