It's been down a while now. This happens regularly late at night/early morning. Go back and try later.

@mellondon - I was able to login successfully just now (both Self Serve and My Rewards without issue).

Did you try the clearing the browser's cache/cookies trick, or another browser or open a tab in incognito mode?

Yeah - this happens probably 3 to 4 days a week, just have to wait until it is back up early in the morning

HI @JL9 I don't think it is that often, maybe once a week. Bigger chance on the weekend.

I have come across it that much, or at least it feels like it. If I ever try really late I seem to get that internal server error
