When I registered and made the payment by mistake I charged the payment to my credit card twice

I setup auto payment .... the 2 payment shows on my credit card statement and there is 25 dollars showing on my Public Mobile account.

Will the over payment be used to pay my next 30 day payment or is there a way to get it credited back to my credit card?

@allportd Yes, as long as your 2nd payment amount showing on your Available Fund in My Account, you are all good. PM will use the fund from Available Fund first, any leftover will then be charged via Autopay.

So, in your case, you see the $25 in Available Fund, they will be used for next renewal. 🙂

@allportd hi yes it will pay pay for your next cycle you can ask a cs agent for a refund but that will take a few weeks to get back anyway
