I have bought the the uk add on but I can’t still call Ireland. Can’t find any Ireland specific add on.

what would I do?

Because Ireland isn't part of the UK. You would need the 300 minute add-on. Make sure also not to include any zeros in front of the area codes. Dial either 011 or + and then the 353.

Contact customer support and explain your error. Ask them to remove the $15/1000 UK minutes and add the $15/300 International minutes add on for you instead. The "more is merrier" holiday gift add on includes Ireland as well if you are here during the holidays we will all hopefully get the fourth annual holiday gifts of bonus data add ons and 500 international long distance minutes.
