More information would be helpful.

Which country are you trying to call? Have you call this number in the past?

Only certain number fo countries are covered by PM's long distance add on.

Is calling local working? text? etc.

Maybe try rebooting your phone and calling again.

@sueyeungmy where you try to call? you got the international calling Add-on? Only selected countries can be call using using PM service and the proper addon required

@sueyeungmy - the current international long distance Add-On includes these countries:

Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela.

Calls must originate from Canada.

But sometimes other countries will go through. So depending on if this is a new number or country you are trying to call what is the location and beginning digits you are using?

Tell us where you are trying to call and the first digits.

1. You may not have the correct LD addon.

2. There are some American and UK numbers that you CANNOT call.
