      <title>No Service issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried answering a phone call and the call got dropped. From that moment, I am unable to get any service. I tried restarting my phone and resetting the network setting. But no luck. I really need urgent help. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or, even try removing your SIM card, then gently re-inserting it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may also try&amp;nbsp;manually select the 3G / WCDMA &lt;STRONG&gt;ONLY&lt;/STRONG&gt; network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) to see if that improves services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still issues, can you try your SIM card into another phone to see if issue persists?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This can test as well as force a re-provisioning of the SIM.&amp;nbsp; There has been some network issue in the last 2 days and this tricks help to jump start the service back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't have another phone and all the checks fail, open ticket with PM Support:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
