Purchase the new SIM card then log into your account and select the Change SIM card function. It is on the right side of the screen you land on when logging in. That’s thy My Profile section and you will see Change SIM Card as a small link on the bottom of the My Profile Box.

Do not start a new account with the SIM card, just change your existing SIM to the new SIM card.

I'm ok with paying $10 to get a new one, if that's necessary.

What do I need to do in order to replace my SIM and keep my existing number?
