      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/239476"&gt;@jace0000&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You must have tried putting in a payment but you clicked it twice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The overcharge will remain in your account as credit that will go to next month bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A refund will take up to 30 days to process…same time as your next bill payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are really tight for money, you can contact a CS_Agent for a refund via private messaging or create a ticket via SIMon Chatbot on this Community page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;'Get Help' is at top of screen.&amp;nbsp; Try something like account balance or something like that in the chat window.&amp;nbsp; there should be an option to open a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
