      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I change email on my account if I can't sign in my email and didn't have a community&amp;nbsp;account. I've opened a new account with new pw and account with old email but its asking for verification code. Im trying to transfer sim cards cause I lost mine&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You do have comm account since you can post there &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To change your account email contact agent:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the issues are all stemming from the inability to access your phone number then just get the CSA to perform the sim swap for you. You will need to know your payment card info on your pm account to make verification easier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
