If it is in the list of your plan plus the add-on your purchased.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is not on the list, you missed the 2 steps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 - Charge amount of the add-on into your account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 - Make the purchase of the add-on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
