    <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a text Wednesday June 1st asking me to renew my visa card as it had expired. I signed in and put in the updated info for the card. The system said they could not verify my card&amp;nbsp; as my issuer had rejected it. I called my bank who said there is nothing wrong with my account and my card was active and in good standing,(I am using it everyday) it must be Public Mobiles system at fault. This is the second time I have encountered something like this. Last year they done this to my wifes' account on the same card as mine and I had to change hers it to a different Card. How do I get to speak to a real person ant have to go through a bot&lt;/P&gt;</description>
