      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/192488"&gt;@Laawesome&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - have you had this issue for over a year, or just recently?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For network issues, try one or more of the below to troubleshoot:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*turn off your phone, then&amp;nbsp;reboot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*removing&amp;nbsp;your&amp;nbsp;SIM, then reinserting it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*go into&amp;nbsp;airplane&amp;nbsp;mode, then going back to regular mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*reset&amp;nbsp;network&amp;nbsp;settings&amp;nbsp;on your device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*manually select the 3G / WCDMA&amp;nbsp;ONLY&amp;nbsp;network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) to see if services improve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*does moving your SIM card to another phone provide better services?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have LTE turned off? &amp;nbsp;Can you try your sim in another phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i’ve had no issues with signal strength or connection so hopefully you can get this resolved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
