      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe you only bought talk or text. They would show up on the plan details page if purchased. Also look in payment history to see what was paid and what was bought.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/239315"&gt;@ras256us&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;which roaming add-on you got?&amp;nbsp; If you got one include data, you should see it under My Data &amp;amp; Add-ons section.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check Transaction log page&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Payment-History/" target="_blank"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Payment-History/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;see if there is a line about your roaming purchase.&amp;nbsp; Confirm if that is what you got&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, manually select the network AT&amp;amp;T or T-Mobile.&amp;nbsp; Do not leave it with Automatic&lt;/P&gt;</description>
