I have the $15 plan with 100 minutes outgoing. Do these minutes count towards calls on toll-free numbers?

Please note that the offical rule is YES, it will consume your outgoing minutes.

BUT.. people tested and confirmed that most toll-free numbers do not count towards your 100 minutes.

If you ever find a tollfree number that consumes minutes, I'm all ears.

It is funny that they won't eat into your mins for toll free but they will for voicemail...seems a little backwards.
