Trouble setting up APN

I have a OnePlus 2 phone and I am having trouble getting my data set up. I have tried following the guide located on this link: (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Updated-Setting-Up-Data-APN-On-Your-Phone/ta-p/26), but without success. The APN format is the same as Android but with a few extra sections which I have listed below:

APN Protocol:
APN roaming Protocol:
APN enable/disable
Bearer:
MVNO Type:
MVNO value:

I'm not sure if that makes a difference but I was wondering if I should leave it at default settings or something specific. The default settings are currently:

APN Protocol: IPv4
APN roaming Protocol: IPv4
APN enable/disable: N/A
Bearer: unspecified
MVNO Type: None
MVNO value: Not set

Thank you in advance for all the help and tips! 🙂
