If you changed your plan now then you started a new 30 day cycle so your rewards do not apply until next renewal once you have completed a full 30 day cycle.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you changed plans "now" then the rewards don't pay in automatically. If you had possibly used the lost/stolen function then the rewards need to be added by the support people.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you possibly on the $10 plan? Did autopay possibly take $8 instead of your usual $5?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
