      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/233232"&gt;@Savageland5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Try to first reboot your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still fails, try to reseat your sim ( power down the phone,&amp;nbsp; take sim out for a minute before putting it back and turn on the phone)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have a 2nd phone around&amp;nbsp; put your PM sim there to test&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried the reset and still no service. I only have one of four bars beside the PM on my phone. I’ve also tried it on another exact same phone and it works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/233232"&gt;@Savageland5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;yours is an IPhone?&amp;nbsp; Update the Carrier Profile to the latest one&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try to use different app to access data, iPhone can block selected app from accessing data.&amp;nbsp; Not sure if you block any of those app by mistake&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You said you had same problem with another provider?&amp;nbsp; I wonder if it is a device problem.&amp;nbsp; Take it to an Apple store and have them check&lt;/P&gt;</description>
