Those transfers take longer. If the number is coming from a cellular carrier,&amp;nbsp; porting has failed.&amp;nbsp; Most likely the account information provide was incorrect.&amp;nbsp; You can try again by going to &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and then typing "port request".&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/238666"&gt;@Alex799&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;for voice receiving problem, try to change your preferred network to 3G Only or WCDMA Only&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; If you have&amp;nbsp; another phone around, try to put your PM SIM there.&amp;nbsp; That can confirm it is not a device problem as well as trigger a sim re-provision and it could resolve your issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
