SIMs usually get sent in the regular letter mail so you are dependant on Canada Post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it goes past 10 business days you can contact CSA to let them know you have not received it yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact Public Mobile Representatives (CSA) by submitting a message(ticket) to them here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;Private Message to Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the way to go for sure, $5 is actually the highest I have seen it as it was 2 or 3 for a few months there. Regardless I received it in 3 days, so it is very quick. The PM sim delivery seems to keep increasing now where 3 weeks is the norm and even longer. So going forward you may want to look at your alternatives if you ever need another sim&lt;/P&gt;</description>
