Try manually dialing 1-778-580-4001 and see if you can get to your voicemail.

@Sbarlow69 - try restarting your phone, and perform a reset of the network settings. Then hold down the '1' on your phone dialer.

People cannot leave a message, therefore no messages to retrieve. Even after setting it up the phon will just ring , Ive followed every step and still no voicemail

HI @Sbarlow69 I think it is time to ask CS Agent to help to reset the voicemail for you

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Dial 1-778-580-4001 and see if you get in to your voicemail.

Try going in to your dialer and dialing ##002# and go. That will reset any call forwarding to the default number for here.Then dial *#67# and let us know what number it came up with.

Some numbers seem to have been re-purposed but the defaulting hasn't figured that out yet. If the default number is a problem one then we can change the number to one that will work.
