Click the top right down arrow to edit your post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note that there are different login credentials for different accounts online with Public Mobile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Community Account&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You cannot change your username yourself &lt;FONT color="#000080"&gt;(CSA could..or just created a new one)&lt;/FONT&gt;, but you can change your password in your setting under your avatar (top right of community page)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Self Serve / My Account / My Rewards (this is all for current Public Mobile customers)&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Email change only be changed by CSA (customer support Public Mobile agents)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Password can be changed by you using the Forgot your password option&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Purchasing a SIM card or Phone log in area&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
