      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to login.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't recognize my email.&amp;nbsp; It says user name or email -- so which one is it.&amp;nbsp; When I first went to by my SIM card the gentleman asked me to make a 4 digit password and then I made another one when I got home when it asked me to.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't accept either of these passwords plus I went to the "forget password" to change my password, it said it Failed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you signed up in a store then you need to create the account. Click on Sign in upper right then My Account and then on the right side click Create account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
