      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/238860"&gt;@Roxanne1923&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Data issue like this would be caused by incorrect APN settings.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You can manually change it&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Or Reset Network setting is the easier way to do&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But some phones might need to do a complete Factory Reset with the PM Sim inside&lt;/P&gt;</description>
