    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/224540"&gt;@jeandoll83&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is your account status showing Suspended or Plan Expired?&amp;nbsp; If Plan Expired and you still have phone services,&amp;nbsp; ignore it for now.&amp;nbsp; It should be fine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If showing Suspended, Check Available Fund in My Account and see if the money is sitting there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also check the transaction history in My Account and see if it shows the payment was processed yesterday&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you&amp;nbsp; see the money in Available Fund, you can try to click Reactivate current plan and see of it work.&amp;nbsp; If it sends you back to payment page, try to make an extra $1 payment to manually trigger the renewal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! I got a payment issue. I paid from credit card june 1 but my plan did not renew . I have to pay again june 2 so i can use my service. What happened to my june 1 payment? How can i get it refunded??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
