if that is the case, if it said locked, wait an hour and try again

If still fail, try the Forgot passoword link ( https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/ )

If unable to self reset the password that way, try to open ticket with PM support:

Wait 15 minutes then clear cache, cookie and go incognito. Login and click Forgot Password and answer your security question.
