      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/238764"&gt;@discoverylaw&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is voice calls working?&amp;nbsp; is the phone status showing that you are connected to PM network?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that is the case, it is a APN settings that caused the data issue.&amp;nbsp; You can try to click Network Reset to see if it updates the proper APN settings (Please note that your saved Wifi will be erased, too.&amp;nbsp; You have to re-join your Wifi network again after)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it still fails, let us know the model and brand of your phone and we can try to help further&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the data line is not showing than that normally means you used it all up for this cycle. In that case, consider purchasing a data addon if needed to get you by until your plan renews again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="esjliv_0-1601935725902.png" style="width: 515px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/39187iEFB53CB5D1B6C39D/image-dimensions/515x227?v=v2" width="515" height="227" role="button" title="esjliv_0-1601935725902.png" alt="esjliv_0-1601935725902.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do see the data line still showing in your overview section in Self Serve, can you try your SIM card into another phone to see if data works?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
