My plan status is expired when i have enough balance on my account.

Can someone look into it for me.

If your renewal date is today or tomorrow, your account is put on temporary expired. This is normally so just ignore if you are on AutoPay or have sufficient funds.

@Felixn hi we can’t we are customers like you look in your account to see if it is active or suspended look for a reactive button in your account
