      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just ported over my phone from a different provider to Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; I'm not receiving any incoming calls.&amp;nbsp; How can I get support to get this fixe&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You need to leave your old SIM card in and use it until it stops working. This will indicate the port is complete. I will PM you a number to call for help with your port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
