      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi friends,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm just wondering if anyone is having any problems with incoming calls going directly to Voice-mail? Anyone has any idea of how to fix it? It is not happening with every call only with one's coming from outside the province and I just started having this problem today.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/64590"&gt;@anabod&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Was it just one particular person from outside the province has this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try changing the Preferred network to 3G Only / WCDMA Only and see if that helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be just temporary and you can try changing it back next week&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(and yes, seems like there have bene quiet some weird network issue here and there, many posts about that)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/64590"&gt;@anabod&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - can you try to restart your phone, or perform a reset of the network settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try your SIM into another phone, see if services work...then re-insert the SIM into your own phone. Did that help retrigger your account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If issues persist after this and maybe other suggestions, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Public Mobile&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team, there are&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;two&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;methods&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;to reach them found here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
