Login disabled & service not working!!

Why am I locked out of my login? And why is there no emergency service? I am in the hospital & locked out of my login, what can I do??!

If you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi. Some hospitals do have wifi available.
