      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/238361"&gt;@Jaxon_servant&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You have to setup My Account access first and then you can access from any computer or from your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you activate yourself online, you would have created that login already.&amp;nbsp; If you activate in store, then your My Account might not have created yet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note you&amp;nbsp; login with your email address , not the phone number.&amp;nbsp; You forgot your email address used to create the My Account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Click on the Bubble or directly at : &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;. You may need the 4-digit Account PIN to access more detailed information going this way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
