      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/180378"&gt;@JulieM&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Technically you can setup ahead of your phone.&amp;nbsp; the SIM number is all it needs.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; But of course, it is better if you have a phone to test it out in case there is issue with SIM provisioning (So, maybe get a spare phone to test it out first if you can).&amp;nbsp; But, you can always open ticket even you found out problems after activation&lt;/P&gt;</description>
