      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot get access to my account as I have been locked out at first I changed the password and when I try to login with the new password it say incorrect therefore redoing made me locked out from the account.&amp;nbsp; any help would be great&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can try waiting about an hour, and then retry login.&amp;nbsp; Otherwise you need to get help for a rep.&amp;nbsp; Click on the get help button, then Chat with Simon, and then enter forgot password (or something similar).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
