    <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched from Bell mobility to public mobile on April 4th. &amp;nbsp;I asked to transfer my number. I am still attached to bell mobility and paying $100 a month. &amp;nbsp; Please help me cancel or terminate my account with bell mobility so that public mobile is my only carrier. &amp;nbsp; I’m paying both right now. &amp;nbsp; Bell mobility will not cancel my account until they hear from you. &amp;nbsp; Their records indicate that a request was put in on April 4th but then cancelled by public mobile. Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As noted by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/68094"&gt;@RossN&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, you need to leave your Bell SIM in your phone and wait for a text confirming you are porting over to PM…you got 90 minutes to reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you missed this step like other new members, contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe you have to contact Bell to confirm cancellation. And make sure Bell refunds you for the time your number has been ported.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/238289"&gt;@r_donnelly7&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - if you activated with a new number with public mobile (and not requested the Bell number to be ported) then that would not cancel your account with Bell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, in this case, go to Bell to cancel your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using your Bell phone number with Public Mobile, then something went off with the port. But, it would be hard to believe you are still using that number after this long. So maybe check with Public Mobile CSA representatives to ensure the port was completed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If all went well with the port, and you are using the Bell phone number, then you are going to have to take this up with Bell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
