Plan change

I was going to change my plan which is more than my current plan is now. When I went through the process it is asking me to pay the full price of the new plan when I just renewed my service yesterday. Is this normal? I was expecting to have to cover the difference between the two not have to pay the full cost of the new plan plus my old plan.

Yes, it is normal. PM is pre-paid so you need to pay in advanced. Its not like post-paid

Oh wow I guess I won't change I'm not paying $500 for 3months of service lol that's craziness.

if it is a promo plan you can future date the plan, that way you will get the new plan when you renew, as opposed to getting it now

if it was yesterday hiopefully they will be able to help you out. they are pretty good from what i recall doing plan mods withing a couple days.
