      <description>I was going to change my plan which is more than my current plan is now. When I went through the process it is asking me to pay the full price of the new plan when I just renewed my service yesterday. Is this normal? I was expecting to have to cover the difference between the two not have to pay the full cost of the new plan plus my old plan.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, it is normal. PM is pre-paid so you need to pay in advanced. Its not like post-paid&lt;/P&gt;</description>
