      <description>&lt;P&gt;All incoming calls are going to VM and incoming texts are not coming through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have restarted a few times. Have manually and automatically selected network operators. At a loss. Been going on for a few hours now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I contact support??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have any signal at all? Usually calls going to vmail is caused by no connection to cell tower(s).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Support refreshed services from the back end. I then turned off my device and removed some cars and restarted&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Finally I swapped sims with my wife's device (same one) and all the messages came through and calls worked too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Working fine now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No idea what caused it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
