If this is the case, log into self service and go to the Payment tab and make a payment for the cost of your plan. Text? Data? or Combo?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try it and try in different area&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And yes, some area could have better signal on one provider but not the other.&amp;nbsp; So, try both and see which one connects and which one connects better.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
