      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you use Native phone's app, both parties have to have DATA on in order to send/receive MMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using 3rd party app for MMS then you have to figure out what that app requirements are.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/227212"&gt;@dinadavila&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - to add some more information, and this would go for both you and the &lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;recipient (not)&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRIKE&gt;receipt&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt; that could be having difficulty receiving an MMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If either of &lt;/SPAN&gt;you are an iphone users..and turn your data off occasionally, then try to turn off iMessage altogether and use regular&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://thecellguide.com/cant-send-messages-iphone-x-3972" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;text messaging&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;instead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To do this, go to&amp;nbsp;Settings &amp;gt; Messages&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;toggle iMessage off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you prefer to use iMessage, then you can perform the following steps to fix the issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Connect to the internet using WiFi or Data.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to&amp;nbsp;Settings &amp;gt; Messages&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;toggle iMessage OFF.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn your iPhone off completely, then turn it back on.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go back into&amp;nbsp;Settings &amp;gt; Messages&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;toggle iMessage ON.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Make sure&amp;nbsp;“Send as SMS”&amp;nbsp;is also turned ON.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If either of you are an android users, check if you have your Chat Feature on. If so, turn that feature off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Disable your Chat Features:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open Messages&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tap More options &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Settings&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Chat features&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn&amp;nbsp;Enable chat features&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;off&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, finicky issues with text may be resolved with a restart of your phone, or a reset of your network settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope something here fixes your issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There may be increased likelihood of issues when sending to recipients outside of Canada. For example I recall having issues sending MMS images to a recipient in India, but they could receive SMS just fine...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
