    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve paid for my plan and when I check self serve everything is normal and paid, but i have no data / phone number / service as if i never paid my plan, help!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

No Network? NO SIM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you got any of those messages and PM SIM not able to use on another phone, try to open ticket with PM Support, it could be just sim provisioning problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
