      <description>&lt;P&gt;Log in to your account / My Data and Add-ons to see if there's mention of data. If no mention of data...you've used it all until next renewal or you buy data add-on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;which plan do you have ? You can burn through 250MB of data perdy fast.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is very rare that the data counter doesn't get reset, so check your self serve as suggested as data can be chewed up pretty quickly. If it shows you have data and haven't used much then connect with a CSA to investigate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Maybe it is your phone setting, you probably check already but is cellular data enabled?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try rebooting your phone as well…hold down the power button and power off then power back on after 2 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
