Hi,

If anyone can please help me with a phone bill that can be printed. I need an address proof which has to be a phone bill in this case.

hi you will need to open a ticket through Simon to speak to a customer service agent they will help you mention need copy of phone bill

HI @Kauramarpreet You will need to open ticket with CS Agent to have them prepare the bill for you.

It might take 2 weeks or so.

to open ticket with CS Agent:

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

You can login to your account and click on My Profile and it will show all the member’s information including address, telephone number etc. then right click the mouse and print.

How far back do you need it? It is usually in 30 day increments, but the community said that 90/180/360 seem to be the preferred method by PM.
