      <title>Account email is incorrect</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had initially set up the public mobile account under an email that had a typing error. Due to this mistake I cannot access my account. I can not access this false email to change the forgotten password. &amp;nbsp;I need to access my account so I can update my credit card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So you didn't set up a self serve account in store or at home with the typo email? If you know what it was you can still sign into your account with the wrong email. As discussed above a CSA can fix your email for you so that your self serve account reflects it, but if you need access prior, you should still be able to access it with the wrong email and right pw&lt;/P&gt;</description>
