US add on not working

I purchased a US addon this morning, I am in the US.

It shows up in my purchased items.

I have restarted the phone, manually chosen the operator, automatically chosen the operator and unchecked and rechecked roaming. I am using and android phone.

This is the third add on but the first that is not working,

Anything I missed?

Remember, purchasing an add on is a two step process. Add funds and turn purchase the addon.

Thanks, good thought, I did add the funds prior to purchasing the add on. My purchase history does show the add on purchse but it is not active in my add on list on my account.

Hmm, if anyone else has any thoughts before this client contacts the mods?
