      <description>&lt;P&gt;What do you mean 'US plan'? There is only PM Plan with unlimited calls to US. Or do you talk about US add-on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;More details will get you the most accurate resolution. Either way it may be easier to make sure the extra charge is in your available balance and use that either for renewals or add ons going forward&lt;/P&gt;</description>
