Using your phone, enter *#06# on your dialpad to get the device's IMEI. It'll be whichever carrier that the phone is locked to who you will need to contact.

@Twocookies you can do that to get your IMEI #

Open Phone app
Dial "*#06#" on your keypad.

Please note you will have to go back to the provider you got the phone from to get the carrier unlock code. If you get the phone from another provider, PM would not be able to assist on that.

You should also be able to find it somewhere down in the settings. This would be different between iOS or Android. But generally in About.

Did you buy this used? You jay also want to confirm everything is kosher with the phone on devicecheck.ca
