@agustin this sound like a device's carrier unlock code. The phone has been using on the old carrier without issue? For the carrier unlock code, only the carrier where you got the device from would be able to provide you. And no worry, they are obligated to provide you the code for free. Please call them back and ask them for the device unlock code.

What message error for the PUK is it asking for?
