    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's under the separate email you used when opening the account, as far as I know it won't allow the same email to have more than 1 account, when doing my partners I was forced to use a second separate email for the activation&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so then access is hidden on the customers side. You will have to contact customer support with a separate email for your wife's account to be added by the CSA.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you use an email alias for your wifes account?       <description>&lt;P&gt;At PM each account is unique. You cannot have family account to manage multiple accounts from one log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will have to find email/password she used to create self-serving account. If she never did that before, now is the chance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
