      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a SIM card which was late. Then I received an email that gave me 5 GB to be added onto a plan over $25. So when I activated my account it should have been added with the promo code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/237466"&gt;@KCart&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So, that was a compensation for the long wait?&amp;nbsp; That is not bad.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just wait 72 hours.&amp;nbsp; Here usually promotion are added within 72 hours.&amp;nbsp; But since it is a special offer, it is possible they missed it.&amp;nbsp; So, if nothing after 72 hours, just open ticket with CS agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
