    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does she remember the email she registered with. Else try 'forgot password' with all the possible email addresses she can think she was using at the time of account creation. One of them should work.. check spam folder as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Second option is to contact support agents by clicking the blurb on the bottom right and open a ticket, they ll be able to help you after authorizing your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep us posted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or do instant top in a few stores.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There might be some current problems with vouchers though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: if a payment card is already registered then you can also use 611 and toll free to make a payment. You'll need the 4 digit account though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
