    <description>Same problem here, sent a PM to &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt; but haven't received a reply. This is probably affecting hundreds or even thousands of people so I'm sure they are slammed with requests. I ported in from SpeakOut a few weeks ago on a 90-day/$126 plan so there's no reason why my account should be suspended.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the meantime I have a mother-in-law in the hospital and can't use my phone to coordinate with family. This happened at the worst possible time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've never had these kinds of problems with any other carrier. Hopefully they fix this soon because I'm starting to regret switching to Public Mobile and will definitely think twice before recommending them to anyone who actually needs their phone.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I was with Teksavvy which was Bell originally. Problem seems to be all sorts of billing errors. I paid for 3 months but the debits and credits are almost triple what they should be.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I joined on Thursday August 17, ported my number over from Rogers. All day Friday (Aug 18) my phone worked fine, I was able to make calls send texts use data. And today I wake up to see my account is suspended (although I already paid the full amount). I am extremely irritated by this. New customer and already experiencing problems.
